catweazle Posted March 5, 2007 #101 Share Posted March 5, 2007 As i said how great you guys were, then you post after me how the guy deserved to die. why in the heck do you have a warning message on a bic lighter ??? So now i believe again what i heard about cruisers. The article doesnt take a rocket science to discover its full of holes and the truth is being concealed.. Where should i start ? No military guy present likely this "hero" is fooling around with the 54 year old while husband is on boat. that they were " masked" was added 3 days later.. i have a lot more
wack001 Posted March 5, 2007 #102 Share Posted March 5, 2007 This thread NEEDS to be dumped. Dumb ideas posted. Another reason why americans have no understanding of others. Travelled the world, can not believe this tread.
catweazle Posted March 5, 2007 #103 Share Posted March 5, 2007 that the hero and his group took an un-authorized van and driver to start with.. i am guessing the driver knew one of those three , not Necessary meaning ,that he drove to them on purpose . birdie16 Posted March 6, 2007 #105 Share Posted March 6, 2007 Maybe Carnival should just quit cruising to any non-US port, after all, nobody likes Americans anymore. And come to think of it, NO isn't very safe, either is Miami...and what about all that gang activity in Los Angeles and New York City? And really...what do we really know about all those hippies in Seattle, anyway? ;-) When we were in Panama our tour bus was met on the way back and we were escorted by the local police. We found out later it was because another bus was attacked that day and they wanted to make sure everyone made it back to the ship safe. The bus that was attacked was stopped by a tree in the road, the muggers came out of the rainforest when the bus stopped and robbed everyone on the bus. That was on an organized tour booked through RCCL. My point is this, it can happen anywhere, just be careful and don't take chances. Does that mean you will always be safe? Heck no! I could be mugged walking to my mailbox in my nice little burb back home.
