New HAL Menu Ideas?

I use DeCecco whole wheat pasta at home and also have tried pasta made from artichokes which has a good texture and flavor.

After the night we dined at your tables, the next night our steward wondered if I again had Salmon?? :D

 

I hope I get to meet Christopher..... And enjoy some salmon with him on Eurodam.

He asked me just the other day what the date would be for that cruise, and I told him what they're currently projecting ... but I also warned him that a newbuild can sometimes be late. But, I wouldn't expect that.

How about Soy Pasta? Can you eat that?

 

That's a satisfactory substitution for me in place of white pasta.

I prefer whole wheat but certainly would be happy to have soy offered.

 

I can do that or rice pasta - even corn pasta in a pinch - just not wheat...
