A few newbie ???

Out of curiousity, what deck do you embark on? Also, I booked 3 cabins with 3 different types of fares back in Oct- my ? is: :cool: if I booked a 6a at one price but on that day was upgraded 2 decks for the 6a price-if the 6a price goes down (it has) do we get a refund or are we just being greedy??:p

Depends on the ship, but usually the deck where the lobby is.

 

You can get the lower price but you have to give up the upgrade.

Take the lower price, they were giving free upgrades to even higher than 6B if you booked online a couple of weeks ago. You take a chance on losing the cabin, but probably wouldnt if the cabin # is already assigned, they probably wouldnt bother from what I read on other posts.

 

I personally want one of those OV's on spa deck lol, they are bigger with floor to ceiling windows if you are on a conquest size ship. If its just a matter of 6A or 6B, take the refund, its the same cabin.

I don't think they will give you a credit when you have already received an upgrade. Yes, most ships embark on the lobby(atrium) deck.
