Just wondering if anyone has stayed in Statendam Outside Rooms H502 and how they compare to H700/H708, etc. (All Outside Porthole rooms). The H502 has an odd shape and wondering if it is better/worse or if anyone has an opinion. Thanks for any info.

I don't mind a bumpy ride, but 502 is too far forward even for my taste.

I didn't check the location of your other choices, but if I were you I'd head toward mid-ship.

We had FF712 on the Veendam, a sister to the Statendam, and as RuthC said it was not only bumpy down there but noisy all night from the bow wake. :( I'll never book anything that low and forward again.
