Robinbird Posted July 10, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2007 I called RCI this morning to get a refund of the difference in what I paid and the "new" price on my August cruise to Bermuda. The new price is a 1-day sale event, and it does say (though I hadn't noticed) that it is only for new bookings. Nope, no refund or OBC or anything. I'm trying not to be irritated, since it does say that on their website, but I'm a little aggravated. Has anyone ever gotten a refund when there's a 1-day sale? Robinbird Posted July 10, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted July 10, 2007 It's on rccl.com. It was for the Grandeur of the Seas, Aug. 5 to Bermuda.

Where did you see this one day sale? http://www.creative.rccl.com/sales/promowave/RCL.pdf I see this one but it doesn't look one day. The "happy hour" link I have is still pointing to a June sail, I forget what they changed the name of happy hour to though.:o

Robinbird Posted July 10, 2007 Author #6 Share Posted July 10, 2007 You don't see it unless you click all the way through like you are booking a cruise. (I saw it around 8:30 this morning.)
Sue L Posted July 10, 2007 #7 Share Posted July 10, 2007 AHHH! now I see it. Why don't you try calling again and getting another person and see what they say. Be super polite and don't tell them this is your second call. Try it, it can't hurt!
