I sent the $500 Voucher by UPS Two Weeks Ago...

 

The Voucher has not yet been credited to my account...

 

I will start the resolution process tomorrow...8/17/07...

I recently checked at about the two week point when I mailed mine in. They put me on hold and researched it. NCL found out that they had the certificates in-house and they were in accounting, waiting to be applied. It seems to take roughly two weeks or a little more right now.

 

But let me know what they say. I just mailed another in this week because NCL said they would apply it toward the upsell once received. I'm anxious to get that $500 addotopma; balance off my credit card.

A little more patience may be in order. After we sent ours in it was acknowledged they were there but then took several days after that to be posted to our account. If they are there, they should show up soon.

I'd have to agree.. it's not an instantaneous thing. If you have proof of delivery, be patient, they will apply it. No need to assume the worst.
