WC accessible restaurants

We are looking for WC accessible restaurants for lunch near the Sheraton Wall Centre hotel in Vancouver. We can't manage large hills.

We would also like to find a supermarket for cokes and water before our cruise.

There's a 7-11 food mart about two blocks from the Sheraton, opposite side of the street. It's a bit of an incline, be can be done with a w/c - we did this a few years ago with Mom. The 7-11 also has a small restaurant in which you can grab a quick lunch, good freshly made sandwiches, clean salad bar, etc., plus a fantastic assortment of snacks and meals you could take back to the hotel. Adjacent to the hotel, to the right of the main entrance is a coffee shop.
