Beachmad Posted September 23, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2007 Hope this comes out ok, its a huge photo that Ive had to downsize Took this from the Calmac ferry Saturn when QE2 was docked at Greenock, also have a little bit of video when she was sounding her whistle (didnt get the whole 40 seconds :( )on youtube but dont know if its available to view yet. Had a great day despite the torrential rain, the red arrows were brilliant as usual. Waved like mad at the lucky QE2 pax.

Beachmad Posted September 23, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted September 23, 2007 Thanks for that Peter. The other 1 was taken from Dunoon pier with the Balmoral and Calmac in hot pursuit. Sorry I cut the bow off. They are a bit big you can see them better if you click on them, the one with the greenock shot has the calmac beside it and the bow is in this one. RAL72 Posted September 24, 2007 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2007 Thank you!! We were on board Balmoral (the wee white ship with the white funnel) at the time - amazing. Thats the first photo I've seen that shows her crazy list to port (we were all on the port side, of course!)
