Carnival "Make a Payment" web site down

If you're trying to make a payment online right now, it doesn't appear to be working. Trying to pay the balance of my December cruise and when you submit, it just takes you straight to a "thank you for your payment" page, but doesn't credit your reservation OR charge your credit card.

 

Just an FYI in case you're planning on paying tonight.

You are forced to make the payment via phone. It will not work online.

Yes, you have to call.

That option has never worked. Apparently they are "working" on it and shortly it will be fixed and we will be able to use it. Personally I think that either they have forgotten about it, or someone put it there with not way to use it.
