Noordam Boarding Procedure

We'll be boarding the Noordam tomorrow leaving from Seattle and I'm curious about the boarding procedure. Can you bring onboard an open bottle of water or would they make you pour it out? I always have a bottle of water with me. Do they scan your luggage? We've printed out our boarding passes but about how long does it take to go through?

Check-in takes only a few minutes ... especially since you've printed your express boarding passes.

 

You can carry a water bottle through. They will scan your luggage, but this doesn't take long, either.

You can also bring on your own water, soda and wine if you are so inclined.

All luggage loaded on all HAL ships is scanned.
