FLACRUISER99 Posted January 16, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Using the 3 large tenders (based on shore) named CoCoCutter I, CoCoCutter II, and Ship 2 Shore that take several hundred passenger's each the loading goes quickly with almost no wait. realtorron Posted January 16, 2008 #6 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Only those with early excursions have priority, all else 1st come 1st ones to the island.
Nliedel Posted January 16, 2008 #7 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Quickest tender and most efficiant I've ever done. Just smooth sailing. Pardon the pun.
nlcentralchmps03 Posted January 16, 2008 #8 Share Posted January 16, 2008 I have to agree and say the tenders to Coco Cay were probably the smoothest I have seen. There was no wait right after breakfast when we were on the Sovereign in 2006.
firefly333 Posted January 16, 2008 #9 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Tendering back in the downpour (Im safely on the pool deck watching lol). At least we made it this time to CocoCay, the next trip they decided to skip it, so I was happy to see it. SOV in the distance thru the misty rain I actually love the rain, I love these pics in the rain, just because they are a little different than the usual sunny beach shots. PH8 Posted January 16, 2008 #12 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Ha ha how funny! I hope that doesn't happen to us. Well, okay, secretly I want to be stranded there but...yeah ;) Then there was the time, those poor people were stranded all night long.......a storm came in and the Majesty had to leave the area to avoid damage from being in shallow water........it was Nov(2002) and it was cold at night.........imagine that! I did a search and the best I could come up with was this thread... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=512338&highlight=Majesty+stranded+CocoCay

First come first serve and the tender operate throughout the day. Tender when you feel like it. It is quite a leisure tendering operation. Most RCI excursion usually start around 10 or so.
