Probably best to contact whichever lot ahead of time and advise them of your need.  When they fill up with people and luggage, they are quite full.  This way if they know in advance, they can try to plan to accommodate.

Port of Galveston has the largest lots and always has a shuttle waiting.  You can pay online and get a $5.00 discount.  We have used them for at least 20 years or more.  Same service every time.  I highly recommend.

You might want to check out the Disabled Cruise Travel forum at https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/114-disabled-cruise-travel/ since that's where cruisers with physical limitations share their advice & experiences. I'm sure someone there will have cruised from Galveston and parked their car in one of the parking lots. They should be able to give you the answer you seek there.

 

Also, if someone is a Disabled American Veteran or Purple Heart Recipient, parking is free at the Port of Galveston Parking. See their website for what is needed to qualify.
