Correct fax number for Princess Customer Service please!

This morning I tried to send a fax to Princess Customer Service requesting an egg-crate mattress topper for our upcoming cruise.

 

The number I had been given in another post was 661-284-4745. It turned out to be a voice mailbox. Could somebody out there give me the correct number please? Much appreciated!:)

I have sent a fax for an egg-crate mattress topper but I still had to ask the steward to get one when we got on board. This seems to be a common thread that people will request one before they board but still have to ask when they get to their cabin. Do it as soon as you get to your cabin as they do run out. It has been a couple of years since I asked for one and do not see a fax number for things like this anymore. Best thing might be to mail the office with a request.

Not sure if it's the same number, but I faxed to request a crib and got an email response the next day. The number I used was:

 

(661) 284-4770

661-284-4745 That was the number i used in December and it worked. Did they change the fax line?
