Anytime Dining on Caribbean Princess

We are cruising in less than 2 weeks and would like to know if anyone just recently returned from their cruise and had a wonderful waiter/assistant waiter combination that they can recommend for Anytime Dining on the Caribbean Princess? Name(s), Table # and restaurant name would be appreciated since it looks like we won't be receiving Traditional dining this time. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Yes in the Coral dining room table 341. Carlito and Frances. It's a table for 6.

 

Had them 3 times. The third time they already knew our drinks. We were just on the CB in February.

Thank you. That's the kind of service we enjoy. When we tell the Assistant Waiter the first night that we don't drink coffee, I don't want to be asked every other night if I want any.
