I am planning to go on FOS in the fall. Rooms are pretty limited already. I am planning to book a balcony and asking help on which side has the best chance of seeing the port when docked, port or starboard.

You can never tell which side will have the better view! Sometimes, facing the port is not so scenic! Really, tho--the ship's don't dock in the same position, or even at the same pier every time! Just pick the largest cabin in the best location you can afford. If what you see from you balcony isn't what you want, go to an open deck! (and when you're in port--you'll like be ashore!!!)

I guess. Thanks for the info. Ive cruised on the southern caribbean route last 4 cruises and have always found port to have better views when docked.
