Men's pirate shirt?

Hi all, came here hoping maybe someone would know where I could find a pirate shirt. The last time I saw one was at the end of the third pirates of the caribbean movie that will was wearing. Prefer it in white. They are real plain, long sleeved, no ruffles at all. Husband really would like one. Hopefully someone would know where to find one, I really don't want to have break out the sewing machine.
