Miami RCL Pier Duty-free shop?

Is there a duty free liquor store near the RCL Miami dock? Would they deliver on board?

I didnt see any stores like that at the pier. And because of the cruiselines policy on no alcohol being allowed to be bought onboard I doubt very much if you can get stuff like that delivered.

This topic is discussed somewhere else on this board. Can't find it right now. I know in San Juan there was a liquor store in the same building where the NCL boarded its passengers. And they did a booming business.
