Freedom - Been there done that- now what?

Okay, so the family did the Freedom thing and loved it. What the heck cruise do you follow it up with? If we go smaller ship, I'm afraid the kids (ages 13 and 11 next year) will be disappointed. We'd be going in April, so warm destinations would still be preferable. We're more into scenery, history and/or adventure rather than shopping. We're limited to seven days. If you suggest an itinerary, feel free to name some tours in the ports that would be your "go to" tours. We'd be flying from Washington DC to the port. Free blue underwear to the poster who identifies the cruise we take. (Sorry inside joke).

Take the sister ship Liberty and go the other direction. If they liked the Freedom then they will also like the Liberty and now they can see the other side of the Caribbean. Another suggestion would be to take the Adventure of the Seas out of San Juan to the southern Caribbean. She is a tad smaller but still offers a lot to do.
