Does anyone know the appx cost of a mixed drink such as a Vodka Collins?

 

I've seen links say the drink of the day is cheaper when not paying for the glass but just curious as to how quickly our money will go... ;)

I was drinking Captain and Diet on the Sovereign for $5 a drink....

If you go with "bar" vodka, it'll be a bit less--more if you want "top-shelf"!

$5 +/- is about right. Your best value for mixed drinks are simple things like rum and coke, vodka collins, etc. made with rail brands. The rail brands are usually pretty good - on Freedom last year the rail vodka was Absolut. The worst value in drinks are the frozen froo-froo variety. You get a huge glass of frozen slush, with one measly shot in it.

Thanks guys! That's around what I was thinking, usually runs around $5.50 at the hotel we stay at on Treasure Island, FL.
