meow! Posted July 16, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2008 We have been dealing with Oceania's Fort Lauderdale office by phone as well as by e-mail quite a few times over the last month, from flight deviations to port information, etc., and found them reasonably nice. We have not encountered some of the other posters' problems with that office so far. Perhaps we are just lucky or perhaps they aren't bad at all! Rare LHT28 Posted July 16, 2008 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2008 I thought their offices were in Miami??? Did you book through them directly? I did not think they would deal with clients directly if you uses a TA
meow! Posted July 16, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted July 16, 2008 I called their Florida phone number, I don't know exactly which city they are in, that doesn't matter me. I booked directly with the cruise line last Spring, so I have control over everything!
Sharicruz Posted July 16, 2008 #4 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Their main offices are in Miami. They also have a reservation center in Colorado Springs. Shari ***** CCC Member
meow! Posted July 16, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Yes, you are right and I made a mistake. We spent last Christmas in Fort Lauderdale immediately after our pre-Christmas Panama Canal voyage aboard the Silver Shadow. So Fort Lauderdale came into mind when we thought of cruise line offices in Florida, sorry!
