My husband and I happened upon the site of the "ruins" of this last year and have since read that there is a resort planned there. what a view !! thank you for posting that link That was 3 years ago and still there is nothing. One resident feels no artistry or craftmanship was used to construct it, just cast concrete and not made like the old ones. He feels shame for those who constructed it.
