Hobiecat01 Posted July 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2008 After returning from the Liberty last Saturday, one thing I really wished I had earlier was a general schedule of what happens on what days so that I could have planned my reservations (Chops, Portofino’s) before the cruise. You know, what nights are formal nights, when is the Quest, etc. So in that light I thought I would throw this out there to all of you planning to sail on the Liberty of the Seas – Eastern Caribbean itinerary. As always, it could change but probably not very much for these major events. I certainly hope it helps someone! I didn’t have a chance to get the menus but you can grab them from other places on the web. Saturday – Sailing from Miami Dinner: Sail Away Dress: Casual Dress Show: Welcome Aboard Variety Show Other: Soca-licious Parade – Royal Promenade, Family Disco Sunday – At Sea Dinner: Captain’s Gala Dinner Dress: Formal Show: Ever After Comedy/Musical Show, “ENCORE” Ice Spectacular Other: Captain’s Welcome Aboard Reception, Formal Portraits taken, Family Basketball Tournament Monday – San Juan, Puerto Rico Dinner: Venetian Feast Dress: Casual Show: “Somewhere in Time” production show Other: Late Night Comedy, Casual Portraits taken, Family Ice Skate Tuesday – St. Maartin, NetherlandsAntilles Dinner: Anchored in Excellence Dinner Dress: Smart Casual Show: “ENCORE” Ice Spectacular, Love and Marriage Game Show Other: Culinary Art Sensation Surf Buffet – the old Midnight buffet, Family Karaoke Wednesday – At Sea Dinner: Chef’s Dinner Dress: Formal Show: “ENCORE” Ice Spectacular, Celebrity Showtime Other: Formal Portraits taken, Family Disco, Family Wii Challenge Thursday – Labadee, Haiti Dinner: Surf Dinner Dress: Casual Show: “In the Air” production show Other: The Quest, 80’s Dance Party, Family Beach Olympics Friday – At Sea Dinner: Feast of Nations Dress: Casual Show: Farwell Variety Show Other: Pirate Parade – Royal Promenade, Family Poolside Games

One question, your 'other'...is that what you did, or was that 'other' thing offered on that night. ' Thanks again foar that information... The Other were other things scheduled that day/night. Some items I did not list... Bingo, Art auctions, Dance lessons... what I dubbed one -off minor items. I tried to get the more major items most folks seem to go for. Hobiecat01 Posted July 29, 2008 Author #10 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Thanks this is great! If you had to pick one night to miss in the dining room which would it be: The venetian night or the Surf night? Well, Surf Night is the obligatory Lobster night. We were in Chops that night. On Venetian Night I had the Lamb Shank which was very good. Here is a link to the Freedom of the Seas Menus which are the same as Liberty's. It includes Chops and Portofino. I hope this helps you with your decisions. http://www.thepreismans.com/Freedom_menus.htm

Hobiecat01 Posted July 29, 2008 Author #12 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Oops.. there are two naming differences between Liberty and Freedom Menus... Liberty Menu - "Sail Away" is Freedom's "Dinner is Served" Liberty Menu - "Anchored in Excellence" is Freedom's "Crown & Anchor" I have no idea why the name change but the menus are the same. Odd...
