So I assume RCI does not automatically add the tip to your onboard account so you don't have to hassle with tipping people?

 

ON NCL they add $10/p per day to your account for tips. YOu can always of course go to the front desk and change it.

No, they do not automatically add tips but you can prepay tips before your cruise if you want. Just do it online or have your TA do it if you used one. You can also pay the recommended tips on the ship too and they will send you vouchers and envelopes. You can also pay by cash too, just personal preference.
