Safes On Radiance Deck 8

I've read where certain ships have safes in certain decks. We're sailing on the Radiance 8/22/08 on deck 8 aft cabin. Can anyone tell me if there would be a safe there?

I believe all of the Radiance class ships have safes in all the cabins. Only the older, smaller ships don't.

Another question on safes. We are on the 8th deck portside on Alaska cruise. Are the safes number system or magnetic slide? Just want to make sure if I need to bring an old cabin card.

Which ship are you sailing on? The type of safe may depend on the class of ship. I believe that all Radiance class ships have a keypad, but some, if not all, Vision class have the type that require swiping a card with a magnetic stripe to open or lock. :) When we were on Celebrity Century, the stateroom had a safe which had both locking systems.:rolleyes:
