Princess web site lists these as Grand's for fee alternatives:

Sabatini's $20 hours are 11AM-2PM & 6:30PM-11PM (Brunch Sea Days Only)
======================================
Painted Desert $8 hours are 11AM-3PM (Sea Days Only)

I believe the Painted Desert is going to be replaced with Sterling Steakhouse during the 'wet dock' the first week of November. We are sailing on the Grand's inaugural cruise from Galveston 11/08, and I was told by Princess rep the MUTS, steakhouse, and various other 'upgrades/enhancements' would be ready then.

We ate in both restaurants - Painted Desert and Sabatini's when we were on the Grand last October. Both were very good - especially Sabatini's which is a very special place. Loads of food - especially the appetizers at the beginning of the meal which fill you up and the bread. Bring a healthy appetite! The Painted Desert is somewhat more casual and not the amounts of food - much more inexpensive too - $8 as opposed to $20 per person.
