I believe my friend purchased last night a set of 2 1-liter bottles for @ $40

Order it through the Bon Voyage Dept, if you want it in your cabin, when you arrive. If you buy it in the Duty Free shop, you won't get it until the last night.

Try Sheridan's it is a liquor made in Ireland that is very hard to find in the US, it is quite tasty and potent. Baileys is pretty great as well!

It has been sold in the liquor shop on both of my Carnival cruises, it is competitively priced, so no need to buy it ashore and carry it around!

 

I just bought a bottle the other day on board for $23.95, and worth every penny. Keep an eye out for a liquor tasting on your voyage, it is often held outside the liquor/gift shop, and you will be able to try a sample.
