Excited to go crusing Posted September 8, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2008 went to our orientation on Friday & TA said some cabins have baths some bath showers. I can't get in or out of a bath tub so I'm now rather alarmed. But on the good side it looks like we got an upgrade to a balcony room :)
fann1sh Posted September 8, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2008 Take a look at the deck plans of the ship you're cruising, at the cruise line's own website. There will be symbols on the deck plan, and a key to tell you what they mean. Cruise ship bathtubs are usually different from ones ashore. The inside bottom of the tub may be a couple inches in higher than the floor of the bathroom, which can make getting in and out interesting in high seas. Excited to go crusing Posted September 8, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted September 8, 2008 Dawn Princess A217:D
cherylandtk Posted September 8, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 8, 2008 Using the signature image, I am guessing Dawn Princess and balcony...which means you have a shower. Edit--I see you posted just as I was typing...but I have to mention :o A217 is an OV deluxe CC cabin, not a balcony. But you still have a shower.:D
