First Time On Princess - Differences?

We were originally booked on the RCL Indy but we got a fantastic deal on the CB Canada/NE for next year so we switched. We've only tried NCL and RCL. Can you give me a good idea on what areas I'll notice a difference?

I see that their soda card seems to be cheaper than RCL.. what about alcoholic drinks? I'm mostly a froo-froo drink person, if that helps.

Is there a charge for the self-service laundry?

What kinds of activities can we look forward to?

Is the mini golf any fun? Has the course been kept in good shape (I know it was only so-so on RCL Voyager)?

I'm soooo excited, not only for all the great ports, but we've been wanting to try Princess as well!

Soda card is $4.25 per person per day plus 15% tip.

Self service laundry is $1 per load to wash and $1 per load to dry. Detergent is available, but I am not sure of the cost.

Activities - bingo, shows, trivia & other team games, scholarship@sea classes, dance classes, the casino, tour of the galley, wine tasting.
