Ruby Princess, post cruise organised trips?

Our flights departs MIA at around 1700 hrs. This time I thought we might go on an organised Princess trip, prob. the everglades. I did this many years ago. Does anyone know what trips Princess are offering, and a rough idea on cost please? We are on the RP on 13th December:) Dont want to hire a car! Thank you!!
