How open is the bar? (Is it a full bar or just wine/beer)

 

And how long is it open?

Wine, beer, limited variety of liquor and mixers. Hours are usually 5PM-8:30 PM. Some concierges make Cosmopolitans and other simple martinis. There are sodas as well. No blender drinks.

Same as above. However, on the Freedom and Liberty OTS, the Diamond Lounge is close to the Viking Crown Lounge Bar, and sometimes, they can accommodate some drink requests for the lounge.

Our friends said the lounge was open from 12 PM to 9 PM but make your own before 4 PM. Can someone tell me what all of the perks are for Diamond and Platinum? Do you get free laundry and/or internet?

Not sure where your friends got this info, but the hours you have quoted are incorrect. The lounge itself is open 24 hrs. There is a limited bar available during happy hour. The correct hours this were listed above (5PM-8:30PM). No free laundry or internet.

 

Platinum benefits do not include the Concierge either. You must be Diamond or D+ or be in a GS or better for this benefit. The benefits for each level of C&A can be found on the RCI site under C&A Society tab at the top of the home page.

The CL lounge is open 24/7 but alcohol is only available between 5:00 and 8:30. Only those 18 and above are allowed in during those hours.

 

There is no free laundry or free internet. Go to RCI's website and check out the benefits for each level.

We are Diamond+ members and we get a coupon for twenty minutes free internet.But some of the computers are so slow you use almost ten minutes by the time you get in.
