I thought the Liberty was beautiful.

 

Now, the Fantasy before it was refurbished.....that was ugly!!!

I have to agree--the ship is not ugly--I am sure if you drink alot it will look gorgeous;)

The person who wrote that review had not been on any other Carnival ship, and IMHO he would owld have hated other ships more! He mentioned previous cruises on Holland America and Celebrity which I believe are known for having more sedate decor. I have not yet been on Liberty, but I have looked at photos and am excited to explore many different areas and see it for myself. I never cruise based solely on the ship, but take into consideration a combination of the ship reviews and the itinerary. Good luck!

We taken the Liberty, and she is very nice ship.

 

My only comment is that the layout is just not as nice as the Spirit Class Ships. The Liberty and most of the other Conqest Class ships I've used seem broken up, without a nice pedestrian flow.

 

Not a big deal, but if you like to walk the ship you must constantly change levels or traverse stairways.

I agree with a previous poster about the Hot and Cool Disco. It's a bit much :eek::p.

We were on the Liberty for her second cruise. We thought it was a lovely ship.

Our next cruise out of Baltimore on the Pride stops at Half Moon Cay. Never been there....looking forward to it!
