? for Ladies who use Veet

I had gotten a package of Veet a few months ago free after rebate and had never tried it. Well, with a cruise a week away, I am getting fussier about leg nicks, and used the Veet last night for the first time. I LOVED it...the smell is not bad and it is no more difficult than shaving (except for the 5 minutes I stood nekked in the shower waiting for it to do its thing). How long does the "just shaved" feeling last? Would you used it every day on cruise...every other day, once a week? Just trying to get an idea of how much I'll need on a 30 night cruise. Thanks!

what version of Veet do you have?

 

I bought it once (the mousse version with the little scrubbie sponge) and tried it a couple of times and it didn't work for me! But my skin did feel really smooth for about 4-5 days after that...

It's like a shaving creme that you leave on for 3-8 minutes and then scrap off with a razor-like thing (but it has no blade).

alot depends on how fast your hair grows. For me it has the same effect as shaving, for some it lasts up to a week. It also depends on your tollerance for hair...

I use it once a week but the hair on my legs is fine not coarse. I think the package says that you shoud wait for a 1/8 inch stubble before using again. But for me, once a week is fine.
