Legend of the Seas aft stairwell?

Are the aft stairs restricted for crew use only on the Legend of the Seas? The deck plans show no set of elevators beside them. TIA.

Hi - I was on the Legend in 2006 and will be going again in 3 weeks. There is a stairwell in the aft that goes up into the spa reception area. You just head out their entrance and you are on the outer deck. A couple of times the door to the stairwell was closed. I cannot remember if it was at night after the spa had closed.

We were on deck 8 so there weren't that many stairs to climb. I am not sure how far down they went.

The elevators are a fair distance from the aft on all ships. I guess it's the price you pay for having an aft cabin and not as much foot traffic going by.

On most ships, it will say "Crew Only" if you aren't supposed to use a certain area. You'll have to wait until you board to see if the sign is there!
