ali_cat Posted February 4, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 4, 2009 There are 7 of us sailing with Carnival in March. We all booked seperately but for all intents and purposes, we're a group. How do we get it so we're all sitting together at dinner?
Rare Essiesmom Posted February 4, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 4, 2009 You need to have your TA's link your reservations. EM
Rare silentbob007 Posted February 4, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2009 One person needs to collect every reservation number and call Carnival to link the reservations. If anyone used a travel agent, that person might be willing to do it if you give him/her the numbers. If anyone booked directly through Carnival, you could also call direct. How do we get it so we're all sitting together at dinner? Also make sure that once you all check in, your Sail & Sign pass should show your dining room seating and table #. If anyone has a different one, see the Maitre D' ASAP so he can fix it for you - mix-ups do happen at times!
eandj Posted February 6, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Definitely call now and get them linked using confirmation numbers.
cruzeluver Posted February 6, 2009 #7 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Certainly get them linked, and then once everyone has checked in at the port, see if you all have the same table number listed on your Sail and Sign card. If not, go to the dining room after boarding and they should be able to make any corrections.
