Where to buy gold jewelry?

Sailing on the Jewel Panama Canal. Visting new ports this cruise & I will be looking for some gold jewlery. Can anyone suggest the best place to buy?

 

Panama ?

Cartagena, Columbia ?

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica ?

Georgetown, Grand Cayman ?

You won't find "good" jewelry in Panama--the only shopping is at the pier--it's really a "flea market" type of place.

Don't know about Columbia---Didn't see much in Costa Rica.

You can find tons of jewelry stores in GC, but things there are REALLY expensive--no bargains.

St. Thomas and St. Martin seem to be the jewelry places.
