CRUISER WI Posted February 23, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I have never had anything in my account and now I have a good amount of credit. How do you redeem/use this credit. I have no clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
chrysalis Posted February 23, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Are these "Future Cruise Credits" or "On Board Credits"? ....where did these credits come from? Where they came from will likely determine how you can use them
CRUISER WI Posted February 23, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted February 23, 2009 It says cruise credit and was earned by some promotional campaign. I recently booked a Panama Canal cruise for October 2009. Not sure if that was what gave me these credits.
bubbadog Posted February 23, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 23, 2009 the credit, is usually taken off of bill at end of cruise, we are platinum so we get 75$ of credit each, which we usually use for internet,so we each buy the 75$pkg of internet, but at end of cruise this is credited back, hope this helps you;)
Ms. Alpha Posted February 23, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 23, 2009 When I looked at my Circle Savings page yesterday I noticed $400 of credits related to a promo that expires soon. Need to book by the end of Feb to claim them. Unfortunately not in the cards right now so they will go "poof" next weekend.
cruiseluvva Posted February 23, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I don't have a Circle Savings page. Is this unique to the US?
CRUISER WI Posted February 23, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted February 23, 2009 It is a link on the your Captains Circle page. That is how I found the credit amount.
cruiseluvva Posted February 23, 2009 #8 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Nope - no link on mine. Maybe not for UK passengers.
saltypeer Posted February 23, 2009 #9 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Nope - no link on mine. Maybe not for UK passengers. We are like you cruiseluvva........we have onboard credit but are unable to find any link on our Princess Captains Circle web page. Maybe it is only visible to our US cousins. Pete. klugh Posted February 23, 2009 #10 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I wondering the same thing, I tryed to book a cruise to see if the $400 would come off at the end, but the price didn't seem to go down so I quit.
CRUISER WI Posted February 23, 2009 Author #11 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I talked to an agent at Princess this morning. The promo's are for Alaska and Europe cruises. If you were making a booking and the promo applied it would get appended to your booking. This is due to expire Feb 28. Thanks to all who replied to my questions.
