Silly question - inside guarantee w/ bunk beds?

Hi,

Is there any chance of getting one of those cabins with the upper/lower bunk bed set up if I book an Inside Guarantee? (specifically on the Splendor, if that matters). As it will be for me and my husband, I certainly would hope not!

We booked an inside guarantee on the Victory in 2006 and were upgraded to an oceanview, but I'm not counting on that happening again. I just really don't want bunk beds.

If it's just you and your husband,,,then most likely not.

 

Those cabins are set up as "Quads" or "Triples". Your beds may be set up as individual beds but the cabin steward will push the beds together to make 1 large bed.

 

Unless you are thinking of the 1A cabins,,,,then yes, some of those only have bunk beds.

Booking an IS Guarantee on Carnival guarantees at least category 4A.

 

The rooms that you are thinking of that have one twin bed and a bunk are category 1A.

The 1A cabins with upper and lower only are only on the Holiday and Fantasy class ships, no matter what the pictures in the brochure say. EM
