I've searched the boards, but haven't been able to confirm if everything is washed in hot water? Is there any way to indicate that you want everything washed in cold water? Not just for the potential for shrinkage :) but also to save the color.

We were careful with what we sent, but nothing came back shrunk or faded. I am guessing they used cold water on our colors, but I can't say that for sure.

 

There was no where to check you wanted cold water, but you could try writing it in. I made a new category for my daughter's cammie since it really wasn't either a t-shirt or underwear.
