I want to book a 10 day from new york,but i really dont want to plunk $900 down 11 months before it leaves. Does RCCL have any reduced deposit specials going on or coming up does anyone know?

You might want to call directly. When I booked last month I paid half the normal down payment. There was nothing on the website but when I called to see about changing the cabin I had put on hold, I was advised if I booked directly with RCCL the deposit was lower. They created a new reservation and the one I had created with the hold dropped off the next day.

havent heard of any...and BTW, RCCL doesn't sail from New York.....both RC and Celebrity sail from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, NJ!

It was half deposit about 2 weeks ago when I booked with my agent for Oasis. I don't know when this offer ends...sorry

I hate calling RCCL,i always get someone i can't understand but i guess i'm going to give it a shot.

i just called them,no deposit discount. Oh well,i figured in this economy maybe they would do whatever they could to get business. I am just not wanting to give them $1000 almost a year before sailing,
