How late can you Mytime?

I will be sailing on Brilliance on june 3rd and I opted for Mytime dining. For those of you who have tried My time dining in the past and are not early birds, what do you think is the latest you could show up fr a table and still enjoy a nice dinner (without being rushed out the door by a staff eager to close up.)?
