need shots western med???

Hi, we are going on the Noordam 8/27 Med Enchantment 10 day cruise. Does anyone know if Hep B shots are a necessity. We will be doing 4 days in Rome and 4 days in Paris after the cruise....also if anyone knows if Hep A is needed......I checked the CDC website and these are recommended but don't seem to be required????

No shots necessary for Europe, been there many many times.

We had been to Med many times and Italy many, many times and never got the shots .. but ... when we planned our first trip to Southeast Asia (in many years), we got the shots. Dont really think you are at risk, but only MHO.
