Mediterranean Beaches

We will do our own tours in Corfu, Santorini, Dubrovnik and Venice. DH says we HAVE TO go to a Mediterranean beach while on vacation. Which stop had the BEST beach?

Definitely Corfu, which has some lovely beaches. The Venice beach is actually at the Lido and is horrible, Santorini has a beach area but it's nothing special (unlike Fira and Oia which are very special). Dubrovnik beaches tend to be pebbly and rocky.

Corfu is the only one of the four you list that has good beaches.

What about on a western med cruise? A beach stop is a must for us too, but we will be in Barcelona, Palma, Tunis & Monte Carlo.
