Regent's information form for Canadians?

Hello there,

 

After logging onto the "already booked" section, I see information forms specifically for residents of the US or UK.

 

What do those of us "others" pick? (we're Canadian).

 

Any help is appreciated - thanks.

We just used the one for US and it works fine. The information required is the same. It's not a "slight" on Regent's part. Most cruiselines tend to group US and Canada under US. It saves space on the webpage.

I've done it with no problem, as long as you fill out the extra section at the bottom for non-US citizens, if you are disembarking in the States. In fact I don't see anything that excludes Canada-what section is that?
