You bet they can!! I even saw some adults in there who I KNOW weren't in Camp Carnival!!!

And it is not to be missed! I was laughing hysterically at the kids that were flying off the slide, sliding across the matt, ramming into the wall, and getting up to do it all over again. :D I've got some great videos.

 

 

Hehehehehee.... did ya' see the little guy in the third picture? He was just coming off the slide when I snapped that...

He bounced of the pad against the wall and laid there and laughed for about 15 seconds before he got up and headed back to the slide!!

It doesn't look like that big of a facility but it really is large!!!

FYI - for anyone sailing to Canada: the water at the splash park is COLD. My 3 year old never gets cold and he only wanted to play for a few minutes at the splash park then jump into the pool or jacuzzi.
