Harry....thanks so much for posting the "positive" service you received from RCI. I am so sorry you had the experience you did though. I am sorry you missed Radiance as she is our favorite ship but I am so glad you had a good time on Explorer. Again, thanks for posting the "positive" side to RCI customer service as so many people on these boards only post the "negative". Good luck with everything else relating to the theft.

Hey Harry,

Glad you and Gail ended up having a great time dispite all this mess.

I was wondering all week how you made it onto the ship.

Lucky you still had your id.

 

I agree with ZacWolf, you need to do alot more calling to get this straight.

All 3 big credit agencies need to be notified of this as soon as you can.

They have all the info they would ever need to make a new Harry and Gail and ruin your life.
