Children Elegant Wear ~ Splendor

OOPS! I think I have a problem! We leave this Sunday on the Splendor and I only have tan pants, dress shirt, and tie for my son who is 8. He does not own a suit. Will he be OK?

And my two young girls (7 & 4) just have sparkly shoes and pretty "tea" dresses. Will they need tights?

We are So Cal people and are quite casual...do you think they will be OK in the DR on elegant night???

These outfits sound very elegant to me and they will look great.

Agree. They will be fine and don't worry about the tights. Based on my experience, with the outfits you described you will get compliments and smiles at how darling your children look.

The "smarter" the kids are dressed, the more attention and compliments they will get. Helps on the self esteem front.

 

That aside, they will be fine.

I don't think the girls will need tights, the ships can be cold inside but they would probably be more comfortable without. Have a great cruise and enjoy the pictures of your kids. Cindy
