Does anyone know if the new Captain's Cub benefits for Celebrity were extended to Azamara?

some of them are but not all. no category upgrade. yes on priority check in.

I am more interested in the free cocktails in Michael's Club from 4:00 -6:00, the free laundry benefits and the free internet benefits....

We just booked our 1st cruises today on Azamara. Talked to the Az cc dept who said that the new elite benefits for cc are for Celebrity only while old cc benefits also apply to Azamara. Hope that helps.

We were on the Quest just after the new Captain's Club benefits were announced. They were not in effect on Azamara. As far as Michael's Club and drinks from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, there is no Michael's Club on the Azamara ships. Laundry and internet was the same as in the past, Select Members received one set of coupons and Elite received coupons as well.

 

When we inquired about the benefits crossing over to the Azamara line we were told that Azamara will eventually have their own branding and their own benefits. Not sure how long this will take to roll out.

 

Meanwhile, enjoy your cruise(s) in spite of the lack of these new benefits.

 

I will mention that we were on Solstice and could not believe that Elite members did not use the cocktail hour benefit in Michael's Club. For 11 days we were basically the only people in Michael's Club. One time there were six of us...that was the highest attendance during the whole cruise. At breakfast time we were the only couple who were there during the 11 days. One morning two women joined us for a quick cup of coffee before heading out on an excursion.

 

Perhaps it will be different on Caribbean itineraries. Even the CC Hostess was surprised.
