I agree with your latter post that Princess staff can learn a lot from loyal passengers. We are the ones that promote the cruiseline by being return guests and by word of mouth to our friends and family.
Comp those once in awhile rather then sell, sell, sell, bloggers etc.
Unfortunately, in this situation the forgotten few- those who cancel ( having to get over the threat of forfeiting our deposits) are not even given Good Will OBC.
