Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Does RCCL have a Key West and Coco Cay itinerary?
  2. I have answered my own question. I found this website claalaska.com that gives you your ships dock, date and other ships in port all in one website. Very handy!! Thanks Pantheral for reaching out. Much appreciated!!
  3. Which dock does Celebrity use in Icy Strait? Which dock in Skagway? Thanks
  4. I don't get them anymore either. Strange. And I know you are a long time Celebrity cruiser as I have been on some of your cruises!!!
  5. What is Rouge? My question is are they reliable, on time, no lost luggage and fair with compensation on flights that have issues. Not just monetary but protection on other flights, etc
  6. SkyTrain sounds interesting. What is the closest skytrain station to the Westin Bayshore please?
  7. Thanks for responding. I am on Celebrity. A tour company in Juneau is offering for $80pp. Don't know if a bus ride is worth $160 for 2 people. It also includes the park entry fee but I am a National Park pass holder so entry is complimentary for us. I will keep looking.
  8. Is $39 for roundtrip? Where do they drop you off? What tour company is this? Thanks
  9. Yep, we did the Trikes. Google them for a good time!!
  10. Is the Martini Flight included in any drink package? How much extra does it cost?
  11. We have a day room at the Hyatt and our friends will be at the Georgian Court. We would like to meet for breakfast somewhere in between. Bel Cafe, Giovane Cafe, Cafe Medina are a few that I have found. Any suggestions on the best one for coffee, light sit down breakfast? We will be coming from the port and they will be going to the port. Thanks
  12. We chose the Hyatt on Burrand Street. They say it is 8 minutes walking from the port. The room is from 10am to 6pm. Then we will taxi to the airport for a redeye to the US. Not many offer the day room. Go to dayuse.com for some other choices. Or google day rooms. (Be aware that the price you are seeing may seem high because they are quoting CAD not USD)
  13. What camera/lens did you use? These pictures are amazing!!!
  14. Yes, flight to US is 11p. Thought of a city tour but I might be a bit cranky with no sleep. Thinking breakfast, a couple of cocktails and some sleep. I will make a much better traveling companion!!!
  15. Looking for a day room in Vancouver, June 30th. Narrowed it down to 2 so far. Fairmont YVR, $300 or Hyatt, Burrand Street, $203. What would be your choice? Can we walk to the Hyatt with luggage? Fairmont seems pretty expensive. We would also have to pay taxi fare to airport. Just looking for some guidance. Thanks
