  1. I have been cruising solo for over 20 years....it is the only way I sail. Will be going on Eclipse in 2 weeks and looking forward to it๐Ÿ™‚I agree with the other posters......you can do what you want, whenever you want, or don't want....no worries about what someone else wants to do. I hope you enjoy Alaska. I have been there multiple times over the years. The scenery can be be magnificent. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
  2. I board her on May 26th.......2 weeks from Sunday๐Ÿ˜ƒ I plan on having a wonderful time๐Ÿ˜ƒ
  3. Good morning, I would call your City Hall or a dept in that area........maybe they can give you an answer on Jury duty timing/age. Maybe call your County Clerk of the Courts. I am thinking they may be the correct dept.
  4. Hi Beav, that is a great rate๐Ÿ™‚ hope you have fun!
  5. Hi Melody, not tired from me....I totally empathize with you because I have posted plenty about my health issues too. I hope Les' eyes will be OK. As for Jury duty, not sure what age it stops....and is each state different? I am thinking it is about 70 but not totally sure.
  6. Hi, nope, I did not book any excursions. I have been to Bermuda 3 or 4 times over the years. I will probably take the ferry over to Hamilton one day. Walk around, have lunch at The Hog Penny too. Maybe take the ferry over to St George on another day.....and just walk around The Navy Yard too. And just relax on the ship. I bet it will be fairly empty with most folks doing tours.
  7. Hi, thanks so much.๐Ÿ™‚ I can't remember the last time I drove to a port..........seriously, I fly out, no matter what my cruise itinerary happens to be. I see you are in South Carolina. How far is that drive to Baltimore?
  8. Hi, I never bring tennis shoes and as for making capris/cropped pants illegal? That is what makes us all different........you can give your opinion and I can have a different one. I have not owned a dress in years.........I agree, there is a variety of clothing attire on every cruise.
  9. Hi Janet, are you sailing on Celebrity? ........hope you have a great time. I leave here on the 25th for NJ too๐Ÿ™‚
  10. Hi, daytime in the Caribbean? You won't need long pants for that......lightweight capris and shorts are what I usually wear during the day......if you are on the ship? Bathing suit and cover up always works. If you are more comfortable in a sundress, that works too. I have never sailed with Princess but I have been cruising for over 20 years on many different lines........a Caribbean cruise, (no matter the line) is really casual, at least during the day. If you feel like dressing up for dinner? You may certainly do so. I wear slacks and nice tops every night.....I am not a "dress" gal so nicer slacks work for me. Hope you both have a great cruise๐Ÿ™‚
